Terms of Service

PermitFish is operated by [YOUR NAME], [YOUR ADDRESS]. We act as an intermediary — we purchase fishing permits and licenses on your behalf from authorized sources and deliver them to you along with supplementary materials (guides, maps, regulations).

When you place an order, you authorize us to purchase a fishing permit or license on your behalf. We also provide curated fishing guides, maps, and local regulation summaries as part of your package.

All permits are official documents purchased through authorized channels. The validity and conditions of each permit are determined by the issuing authority, not by PermitFish.

All prices are displayed in EUR and include our service fee. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. The total price covers the cost of the permit, our service fee, and any supplementary materials included in your package.

Your package (permit PDF, guides, maps) is delivered to your email address within 24 hours of payment. During peak seasons, delivery may take up to 48 hours. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.

If we have not yet purchased the permit on your behalf, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel.

Once the permit has been issued, refunds are not possible as the permit is a personalized document tied to your identity. In exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will review your case individually.

We guarantee that all permits are valid and officially issued. However, we cannot guarantee fishing success, weather conditions, or local circumstances at fishing locations. You are responsible for following local fishing regulations and the conditions stated on your permit.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Poland. For EU consumers, the European Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/odr.
